Refund Policy – Jim Corbett National Park, Ramnagar (Uttarakhand)

Permit Fee is Non-Refundable:

Once the permit is issued by the Uttarakhand Government for safari or entry to Jim Corbett National Park, no refund or cancellation is allowed under any circumstances. This rule is strictly as per the guidelines of the Uttarakhand Forest Department.

Refund on Advance Booking Cancellation:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the booking date are eligible for a refund (after applicable processing charges).
• No refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled date.

Important Note:

• Permits are issued in advance and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once confirmed.
• Visitors are requested to double-check their dates and details before making the booking.
• Send newsletters, promotional emails, and special offers (if you’ve subscribed)
• In case of any unforeseen closure of the park by the government or forest department, the refund/cancellation policy will be subject to their decision.
